Looking For Zonal Sales Manager (Peshawar/KPK)

Job Purpose:

To drive sales in Peshawar & KPK zone. The job holder will develop and implement a sales plan in line with agreed sales objectives; maintain and develop strong long-term relationships with distribution and customers in wholesale, retail, modern trade channels; enhance coverage and productivity in all channels; manage and guide sales team to deliver results; and ensure customer payments are made on a timely basis as per company guideline.

Key Repsosibilities

  •  Develop and lead the sales team within assigned zone and to ensure that sales objectives are achieved.
  • Drive implementation of Go to Market plans.
  •  Understand competitor activity in market and identify/implement steps required to win against competition.
  • Coordinate closely with other sales team members and functions, esp. marketing and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations.
  •  Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  •  Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  •  Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure people resources are capable of performing the roles they are assigned, and allocated according to where they can generate maximum value.
  • Actively identify capability development opportunities and enable training and development initiatives for sales team.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree (preferable Business Administration), MBA shall be considered as a preference.
  •  5-7 years experience in diaper industry or relevant market/customers
  • Influencing skills – will need to manage people and get buy-in without direct authority.
  • Analytical ability – able to analyze data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office program especially MS Excel· Proficiency in using sales software (Salesflo or other) and ability to drive analysis and monitor execution using such software.
