Looking For Area Sales Manager (Islamabad)
Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven candidate to lead wholesale channel and diaper shops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain business in the wholesale channel and diaper shops, achieving sales targets for the entire product portfolio in Wholesale/Diaper shops.
- Ensure the Canbebe portfolio remains the first choice for recommendation at all Diaper Shops & Wholesale, driving growth in volume and value sales through a relationship-based approach.
- Maintain counter/shelf rate harmony along Wholesale/Diaper shops, ensuring it does not disturb other channels.
- Coordinate with relevant Area sales manager /Distributor for secondary sales/credit management of Wholesale & Diaper shops of related distribution.
- Must achieve region target of Wholesale channel with sustainability Month on Month.
- Provide accurate product details to customers and keep them updated with company offerings.
- Responsible to achieve business targets Secondary sales.
- Develop and execute the wholesale sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
- Identify, establish, and manage relationships with key wholesale partners and distributors.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Provide training and support to wholesale partners to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Effective utilization of promotional budget by distributor and DSR
Job Requirements
- Minimum University Graduation e.g. Commerce / Marketing / Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in diaper industry & relevant market/customers.
- Effective communication skills with good command on English and local language
- Influencing skills – will need to manage people and get buy-in without direct authority.
- Analytical ability – able to analyze data.
- Proficiency in MS Office program especially MS Excel
- Proficiency in using sales software (Salesflo or other) and ability to drive analysis and monitor execution using such software.
